Overview
All Shifting Shades Co. products are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. Shipping times below are in addition to production time.
Canada
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–5 business days
United States
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–4 business days
United Kingdom
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days
European Union (including Germany, France, Netherlands, etc.)
- Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days
- Express Shipping: 4–7 business days
Orders shipped to the EU may be subject to import VAT and customs duties upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Australia & New Zealand
- Standard Shipping: 10–15 business days
- Express Shipping: 5–8 business days
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at [your email] within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue at no cost to you.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Shifting Shades Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
